Me Janik Sunstrum is a graduate from Ottawa University both in civil and common law. She has been a member of the Québec Bar since 2013.

Being trilingual (French, English and Spanish), she took part, during her last year at Law school, in a student exchange at the Universidad de Lima. Throughout her studies, she worked with persons with disabilities. In 2008, she presented a lecture in Vancouver, bearing on the rights of handicapped persons, at the Congress for Humanities. Me Janik Sunstrum was the recipient of an award in Human rights law, for a research on the social exclusion of outcasts.

She now focuses her law practice as a mediator. Her goal is to help parents find a resolution to their conflicts, in the best interest of all.
